-
Feeling anxious
-
Generally feeling overwhelmed with everything
-
Overthinking and feeling as though you’re unable to ‘switch off’ from your thoughts
-
Feeling low and more tearful than usual
-
Getting angry more easily or struggling to regulate your emotions
-
Sleeping more or less than usual
-
Eating more or less than usual
What happens in a counselling session?
Your counsellor provides a safe environment to explore your issueseveryday and is highly trained in listening and reflecting. You are free to discuss what you wish, from eveyday events, dilemmas, feelings, and thoughts, to regrets, aspirations, memories and dreams.

Counselling sessions can help you to gain clarity on an issue, change old patterns, untangle complex personal issues, or embark on a journey of self-development.
Can I do all my sessions virtually?
Yes, you can. This practice's counsellor now works with clients over secure video platforms like Google Meet and applications like WhatsApp. If you would like to attend in person where possible and online otherwise, you can discuss this blended approach with the counsellor.
Do you accept
medical aid?
Unfortunately, I cannot currently accept medical aid insurance as a form of payment—only cash, card payment link, and EFTs. After payment, I will share a receipt to facilitate your claim of the amount from your medical aid.
